I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The room I stayed in was absolutely exquisite, clean, and incredibly comfortable. However, some rooms are really poor and urgently need redecoration and updated fixtures and fittings.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right on the Grand Canal in Venice. The rooms were quiet, and even though mine didn't have a view of the laguna, it was peaceful. The service was exceptional, with staff always ready to assist. The dining experience was delightful in the rooftop restaurant, and the facilities were top-notch.
