Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The room I stayed in was absolutely exquisite, clean, and incredibly comfortable. However, some rooms are really poor and urgently need redecoration and updated fixtures and fittings.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The corner room I stayed in was very spacious with breathtaking views of the lagoon. However, the room was missing basic amenities like a toothbrush, and the water was boiling hot, which was a downside.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right on the Grand Canal in Venice. The rooms were quiet, and even though mine didn't have a view of the laguna, it was peaceful. The service was exceptional, with staff always ready to assist. The dining experience was delightful in the rooftop restaurant, and the facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was exceptional, offering great access to Murano and Burano, and being a central spot for exploring Venice. However, the rooms in the old wing were extremely small, and the dining experience did not meet my expectations.
The hotel offers stunning views overlooking the lagoon from the charming rooms, but some renovation is needed. The service was a mix of excellent assistance and unhelpful attitudes. The prime location by the seafront near St Mark's Square is unbeatable, though the dining experience was average. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant and not-so-great experiences. The rooms had some maintenance issues like torn upholstery and broken mirrors, but they were still luxurious with marble bathrooms and a charming view of the Grand Canal. The service, once you got their attention, was friendly and supportive, with small touches like retrieving a forgotten item for me. The location was unbeatable, right on the Grand Canal and steps away from St Mark's Square. However, the dining options were limited, especially the lack of personalized omelet service. Despite some flaws, the overall experience was enriched by the fantastic location and friendly staff.
The hotel has a great location with stunning views of the Grand Canal, but the rooms are outdated and disorganized. The service is exceptional, especially thanks to Mr Filipe. The dining experience offers amazing views, but the food quality varies. Overall, a mixed experience with some standout features.
